Nominated as a subject expert in Physics by the University of Kerala for appointment in aided colleges.

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India awarded Research Associateship (1991-1995).

CSIR awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for 5 years (1986 - 1990) based on National level Eligibility Test (NET).

Got qualified the NET conducted by both the UGC and CSIR in the year 1985 and received National Merit Scholarship upto M.Sc.
